DTG T-Shirt & Garment Care
A few tips to take care of the garments that we print using direct to garment and sublimation print methods. Follow the tips and your garments will last a long time with the same bright looking design.
Before you Wear: DTG garments should always be washed before first wear.
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting.
Drying: Tumble dry low inside out or hang-dry. You can use standard fabric softeners added to the dryer.
No-Nos: Avoid using bleach, soap pods with fabric softeners and do not dry clean.

VINYL and GLITTER T-Shirt & Garment Care
Vinyl and glitter are very durable, however there are some tips that will help ensure the durability of your new vinyl garment.

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Ironing: Do not iron over the vinyl/glitter.
Drying: Tumble dry low inside out or hang-dry. You can use standard fabric softeners added to the dryer.
No-Nos: Avoid using bleach, soap pods with fabric softeners and do not dry clean.
Washing A Foil Print
Due to the nature of the process, washing a foil print can be a sensitive matter. Foil prints can be less permanent than most other decoration styles. It tarnishes after washing and may start to flake off slightly after numerous washes. We’ve honed our methods of getting excellent washability of prints by doing a double heat setting, but it still bears mention that this sort of decoration requires extra care to last the life of the garment.
We include washing instructions with all of our garments including foil print t-shirts. Here’s a good idea of how to treat a foil shirt:

Turn the shirt inside-out.

Use a delicate wash cycle, or better yet wash by hand, with cold water and a mild detergent.

Hang dry.

Do not iron over foil.
