This is a very versatile process that allows us to print incredibly vivid colors, and highly detailed images onto a wide range of products.

You may not be familiar with the term sublimation, but we’re certain you have seen plenty of products that have been sublimated. Chances are pretty good that you own a coffee mug or two, mouse pad or some other household product that has been sublimated. The process is simple and produces beautiful results. An image is printed onto specific paper using special inks. This image is then secured by heat tape to the substrate to be printed (check our Products page to see what items we can sublimate for you). The item is then placed in/on a heat press where the combination of heat and pressure change the ink into a gas. This allows the ink to penetrate the pores of the ceramic, metal, glass or polyester substrate that you are transferring onto. Once the sublimation ink has penetrated the pores of the substrate, it will then solidify to create a permanent image onto your promotional gift or apparel product. If the substrate is a shirt, the image becomes part of the fabric and will last the life of the garment. Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. This process allows us to print vibrant colors that don’t fade with use.
